Beautiful day here in the Coachella Valley as I complete my first day of my spring training camp. Today’s workouts consisted of: Cycling – 3:30 hours @ 100km Swimming – 1:00 hour @ 2300 metres Hiking – 1:30 hours Now heading off for an early dinner so I can get a good amount of sleep in before tomorrow’s epic ride thru Joshua Tree Monument and Box Canyon.
